Poughkeepsie, NY (July 21, 2020) – We are pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph M. Lepore to Vice President of Business Administration and Support Services at LCS Facility Group.
Prior to his most recent promotion, Lepore held the position of Information Technology Manager. As the second son to LCS Facility Group founder, Joe Lepore and wife, Maria Lepore, he began working for the family company at 19 years of age as an overnight floor technician, where he learned the core components of the business and facility – service industry. During his career, he has ascended to various leadership roles, including Lead Technician and Project Supervisor.
Lepore has attended Dutchess County Community College, where he plans to return to graduate with an Associate Degree of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. Throughout his tenure at LCS Facility Group, he has also completed an array of personal development courses and seminars, including those pertaining to managing people, priorities, and emotional intelligence.
